Our Team

A lifelong resident of the Eastside, Kelsey has extensive and comprehensive knowledge of the local ins and outs that make this community an ideal place to work, play and live. Starting her focus on real estate young, Kelsey's first job as a real estate admin at 16 years old solidified her interest and focus to work in this field. After graduating with a Bachelor's degree from Central Washington University, Kelsey joined Margo Allan and Ruth Harle as a Licensed Assistant and since that time has brought a spark of youthful enthusiasm to the team. Whether it is preparing marketing campaigns for a listing, meticulous transaction coordination, or client care, Kelsey provides the highest attention to detail and thoughtfulness in all that she does.

Outside of real estate, Kelsey enjoys spending time hiking, biking, and soaking in all that the Pacific Northwest offers with her husband Chad and their two dogs, Honey and Cedar.
